MEDIATION IN CONFLICTS AND DISPUTES. ARBITRATION

In a big percentage of projects are raised disputes, misunderstandings and lack agreement between the parties, being in many times really difficult to solve them due to the wear in the relationship among the parties.

Here in Easywind we firmly believe that the major part of the conflicts or disputes can be solved with the help of an independent party, someone with whom the relation has not been deteriorated and who will speak and be heard, and easyly, arrive to an agreement with the parties. Easywind can be that intermediate.

CLAIMS. PREPARATION OR DEFENCE AGAINST THEM

May It be that there is no will to reach an agreement, or that It is decided to minimize the risks and be ready for what It may come, in Easywind we can help you to prepare your case, managing the claims and preparing them either if you are the injured party or preparing a defense against them if you are going to be claimed.
